Sharing Tools
These are all suggestions that could help you organize your research with your team. By using one of them, you make your research and ideas accessible from anywhere and avoid the possibility of it getting lost. I'm sure there are many more; if you think you have a good one, let me know and I can add a section about it.
***Talk with Mr. Bohl if you want to use one of these sites (or another that isn't listed here) to host your Breach Resolvers. Then you wouldn't have to turn in the sheets.***
Google Docs: Create "living documents" that can be accessed and edited by all team members from any computer (even by more than one person at a time). Can be done through your UAGC account.
1) Log onto your UAGC email.
2) Click the little square with 9 squares inside it towards the top right.
3) Click Docs.
4) Click Blank Document.
5) Click share and add everyone's email so they can access and edit it, too.
Google Drive: Similar to Google Docs, with Google Drive you can upload files to a shared folder that everyone can see. This way, you can display your research and learning without worrying about teammates ruining or deleting your hard work.
1) Follow steps 1& 2 for Google Docs, but click the triangle icon for Drive.
2) Click the big red "NEW" button to the left, select "Folder" and give it a name.
3) Right-click the new folder, go to "Share," and add everyone's email so that you all have access to the folder.
Google Drawings:
You don't need a separate app for this. It is a type of document you can make on Google Drive (just like Google Slides)
Padlet: You don't even need an account - make a page and add any links or files.
1) Go to Padlet.com and click on "Create Something".
2) Click anywhere and add attachments, links, random thoughts, etc.
